Operate and improve the application

Keep ownership, evidence and change control active after the first release.

Application owners and operations teams

Establish an operating baseline

Record the deployed version, configuration, integrations, monitoring and support arrangements. Keep a named service owner and a current route for operational issues. The scope of AutoBridge’s ongoing services, response commitments and maintenance responsibilities is defined by the engagement.

Review the signals that matter

  • Application health and failures in important user workflows.
  • Integration failures, incomplete work and reconciliation exceptions.
  • Access changes and relevant audit records.
  • Security findings, dependency updates and the age of important evidence.
  • User feedback, recurring support issues and changes in business policy.

Respond to a problem

Capture the time, affected environment, user impact and a reproducible description where possible. Follow the organization’s incident process for security or data concerns. Restrict sensitive diagnostic material to the approved support channel. Restore service according to the agreed runbook and preserve the evidence needed to understand the cause.

Improve through controlled releases

Prioritize improvements with the product owner. Revisit requirements and tests when policy, integrations or usage change. Validate the updated application and record a new release decision rather than assuming an earlier acceptance applies indefinitely. Periodic reviews should also confirm whether documentation, access and recovery procedures still match the system.
