Manage a full project
Changes, versions and project progress
Keep new requests, fixes and release decisions connected to the agreed scope.

Classify the request
A defect is behavior that does not meet an agreed requirement. An enhancement adds or changes the expected behavior. A clarification resolves ambiguity. Classifying the request helps the team decide whether it changes the scope, priority, test plan or release commitment.
Use a short change record
- Describe the current behavior and the requested result.
- Explain the business reason and the affected users.
- Identify the requirement, integration or permission rule being changed.
- Record dependencies, expected impact and acceptance criteria.
- Name the decision owner and record the approved disposition.
Review the impact before implementing
A small interface change can alter validation, reporting or access. Review downstream effects and agree whether the change belongs in the current release or a later one. Keep the previous baseline identifiable so reviewers know which version they are assessing.
Close changes with evidence
Link the completed change to its review and test results. For a defect, reproduce the original problem, apply the fix and verify the same case plus affected neighboring workflows. Report unresolved items explicitly at release time. A closed development task does not automatically mean the customer has accepted the change.
