Customers and evaluators
Choose the right route
Existing customers should use the support channel and escalation process agreed for their engagement. For general questions, contact AutoBridge through the website or support@autobridgesystems.com. Response commitments and support coverage are defined by the applicable agreement.
Provide a reproducible description
- Project name and environment, such as evaluation or production.
- What you were trying to do and what you expected to happen.
- The steps taken, the actual result and the approximate time with time zone.
- The affected application version and a visible error or reference identifier, if available.
- The business impact and whether an alternative workflow is available.
Check the common causes
| Symptom | Useful first check |
|---|---|
| Cannot sign in | Confirm the supplied workspace address, work email and onboarding status |
| Cannot see a project or action | Ask the project administrator to confirm the intended role and scope |
| Unexpected output | Compare the input and result with the agreed requirement and data definition |
| Integration did not complete | Record the time and reference, then ask the technical owner to check both systems |
| A guide differs from the interface | Record the application version and ask for the guidance for that deployment |
Protect diagnostic information
Remove credentials, personal information and confidential customer records from general messages and screenshots. Use the agreed secure channel when sensitive logs or evidence are necessary. For a suspected security incident, follow your organization’s incident process and the engagement’s escalation route rather than posting details on a public page.
